Water Safety Instructor Course

- Learn how to teach others swimming, safety and to enjoy the water
- Learn different teaching styles involved in a classroom setting
- Learn to develop lesson plans and block plans

- Learn ways of administering the skills to diverse types of individuals.
- Learn the 4 competitive strokes plus 5 other strokes

Red Cross CPR Training & First Aid
Including Automated External Defribrilators (AEDs)
- Perfect for teachers, students grades 7-12, employees of schools, civic and youth groups, child care centers, other organizations/corporations, parents and community members
- Helps with recognizing and overcoming the reluctance to act
- Learn to minimize shock, recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants
- Learn heart disease prevention and injury prevention
- Treat sudden illnesses, poisonings, exposure to heat and cold
- Learn aid for cuts, scrapes, bruises, burns, bleeding and bone joint and muscle injuries
- Practice basic precautionary procedures to prevent disease transmission
- One year certification
