Family Fun & Fitness - HF900
Includes a wide variety of cardiovascular and strengthening activities for the entire family! Participants will utilize the Spirit, Mind and Body Room, climbing wall, track, Y-Box and much more. Weekly tips on healthy eating and activity are also included.
Register as a family, or children ages 5-12 may enroll individually.

Family Rollerskating Nights

  • Rollerskate to your favorite tunes as a family at the YMCA
  • Please bring your own skates. Skates will be inspected
  • Limited number of skates availabe for FREE rental.
  • Registration closes at 7:00pm the preceding Friday
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or adult 21+ years of age.

Dates:  Look for family roller skating to return this Fall!

Time:    7:00pm - 9:00pm
Cost:    Members: $4 per child - Parents are FREE!
             Program Members: $8 per child

Family Swim

Friday Family Nights
Bring the entire family to swim every Friday night at the YMCA. FREE FOR MEMBERS!
Time:    Every Friday    7:00 - 10:00pm

Mini Lobster

  • FREE FOR MEMBERS!
  • 13' Mini-Lobster inflatable recreation
  • Great familiy fun in the pool!
  • Under age 9 must be accompanied by a parent or adult (21+) IN THE WATER.
  • Non-members must purchase a guest pass and be accompanied by a member

Time:

    First Friday of each month    7:00 - 9:00pm

    Third Sunday of each month  2:00 - 5:00pm

Tweens and Teens Take Control
presented by Fifty50 and the YMCA

Time: Tuesdays from 6:30pm - 8:00pm

  • Brand new, free program for kids with diabetes from ages 8 - 18
  • Incorporates physical fitness - an often neglected piece of the diabetes puzzle
  • Discover how much fun it can be to meet and move with others their age with diabetes!!
  • Separate sessions during same period for parents to learn the importance of exercise for their children with diabetes
