Calling all new exercisers - all who don’t know how to begin! Make a lasting Lifestyle Change!!
Who?
If you are new to exercise or are starting back after a long layoff, FitSTART is designed specifically for you to make a lasting lifestyle change that includes regular exercise.
What?
FitSTART is a 12 week structured commitment to exercise a minimum of 3 times a week, that includes your own “coach.” Exercise is added in small increments to enhance success and minimize discomfort.
When?
You make the initial appointment with your coach. You sign a behavioral contract, set your personal goals, and begin with a cardiovascular workout plan. Strength training is added in the fourth week. The last three weeks prepare you for the lifetime continuation of your newly learned behavior. You exercise on your own schedule throughout the program.
Where?
In our state-of-the-art Fitness Center, consisting of LifeFitness® Cardiovascular and Nautilus® Strength equipment is connected to the workout tracking system - Nautilus Fitness Advisor®. You may also utilize any other area in the facility, outdoors or at home, recording everything you accomplish.
Why?
Because we know it can be difficult starting and sticking with an exercise program. With our help you can! You will feel better about yourself and you will lead a healthier, more energized life!
How?
Easy...Simply sign-up at the Member Services Desk to get a coach!
Guarantee!
After completing the commitment of 12 weeks in the structured program, if you are not satisfied with it, we will credit you for three months membership. We are convinced that you will be on your way to the lifestyle changes needed to improve your health.
