  • Unparalleled all-around 45min. workout
  • Strengthens the heart, muscles and bones, promotes leanness and improves agility, coordination, timing, rhythm and explosive power on both sides of body
  • 30min. jump rope; 15 minute abs.

  • Total body workout that will keep your heart rate up while engaging your core

  • Train with a FitKids Coach along with a friend or sibling. Share the fun! (Price is per child)


Personal Training

Personal Training (Ages 8+) – HF810, 812, 814, 816

  • Great for weight loss, strength training, sport specific training and more!
  • Sessions are 1 hour long
  • Certified personal trainers available at convenient times
  • Begin with a Personal Fitness Assessment
  • Renewing clients receive one free session with the purchase of additional training packages of 12 or more
