In an effort to help our members reach their healthy living goals, we offer group exercise classes for all levels and interests. Offerings range from low-impact and chair classes, stretching and strength training, group cycle, and Zumba. We’ll get you moving, keep it fun, and offer you the support you need in a great community environment. Group exercises classes are offered for ages 16+ or 12-15 with adult (18+) supervision. If class attendance does not reach minimum participation, some classes may be cancelled for current sessions. Registration is required Cycle classes.
