Strength Train Together 

 

Strength Train Together  is a results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight.

For participants ... Enjoyable way to strength train!

Strength Train Together combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this dynamic and motivational music and it simply is the most fun you’ll have strength training.

Strength Train Together Launch on January 7th!

Our launch party will consist of 2 classes, at 8am and 10am, and we are accepting the first 50 participants for our very first 60-minute class for free!

Mondays 10:00am-11:00am
Wednesdays 5:30am-6:30am and 5:30pm-6:30pm
Fridays 5:30am-6:30am and 10:00am-11:00am
Saturdays 8:00am-9:00am
