The long, cold winter is over! Spring is here and that is good news. It won't be long until new life is all around us. Of course, spring is a great time to rejuvenate. Remember, the West Cook YMCA is always here for you with a variety of programs to help you stay on track to achieve your health and wellness goals.
This spring we're also happy to welcome 700 new members who joined the Y this winter. We're delighted to have you with us! And we look forward to helping you stay healthy in spirit, mind, and body. You can be sure that we are constantly expanding and fine-tuning our programs to better serve you.
For example, check out our new Weight Loss Program, designed to help adults seeking a healthier weight achieve their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors and forming sustainable healthy habits. If you're interested in achieving your weight loss goals, contact Sierra Waller at email@example.com or 708-434-0208.
I'm also proud to announce that we have just added a new health partner: Cook County Hospital System for Diabetes Prevention Program. We are working together to help people who are at risk of Type 2 diabetes make changes that can reduce their risk and live happier healthier lives.
Thank you again for being a part of the West Cook YMCA. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with you to make our entire neighborhood a healthier and happier place to live!
