The long, cold winter is over! Spring is here and that is good news. It won't be long until new life is all around us. Of course, spring is a great time to rejuvenate. Remember, the West Cook YMCA is always here for you with a variety of programs to help you stay on track to achieve your health and wellness goals.
This spring we're also happy to welcome 700 new members who joined the Y this winter. We're delighted to have you with us! And we look forward to helping you stay healthy in spirit, mind, and body. You can be sure that we are constantly expanding and fine-tuning our programs to better serve you.

I'm also proud to announce that we have just added a new health partner: Cook County Hospital System for Diabetes Prevention Program
. We are working together to help people who are at risk of Type 2 diabetes make changes that can reduce their risk and live happier healthier lives.
