Our region has entered Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois Plan. The West Cook YMCA will move into phase 4 of our Reopen Plan on Monday, July 13th. We have taken measures to ensure the safety of our staff, members, and community through the implementation of business adaptations, general health guidelines, and a rigorous cleaning and sanitation regiment.
In the meantime, join us for one of our outdoor group fitness classes, yoga, personal training, or in our pool for lap swim, swim lessons, or competitive swim team clinics. Reservations and registration is required for all programs.

Join us in one of our outdoor fitness classes, yoga, or personal training. If you cannot join us for one of our fitness programs, Y360 and 12bursts has you covered with virtual fitness programs for all ages.
Certified personal trainers are available at convenient times to give you individual attention. Each package contains an initial Fitness Consultation to determine your goals and what each session will include. Sessions are 60 or 30 minutes in length.
Have you ever wondered what yoga is all about? Hint: it's not just about stretching, and you definitely don't have to be flexible to practice yoga! The ultimate goal of yoga is to still the mind. This is achieved through practicing physical poses (or asana) and connecting with our breath (or pranayama). Yoga is a holistic practice, uniting the body, mind, and spirit. Register today.
Virtual Programs for All
YMCA 360 is designed to help you and your family engage with the YMCA virtually from the comfort of your home. Popular group exercise classes like boot camp, barre, and yoga are taught by YMCA instructors.
12BURSTS is free to families and provides a fun and engaging way for kids and families to include physical activity in their daily routine at home. Each day’s challenge includes 12 five-minute bursts of activity that are kid-friendly and don’t require any special skills or equipment. Complete all 12 and you’ve reached the health goal of 60 minutes a day. A new set of bursts will load every day. Stay active and have fun.
